Conferring to their Independent Business Identity is solely at the discretion of SATE India and will be done only after being convinced upon the eligibility of the applicant. After being selected as the IBID, the applicant is entitled to independently promote the services/ concepts/ products of the company for which he/she shall enjoy a particular percentage of benefit which will be fixed by the company from time to time. The activities of the IBID will be under the strict supervision of SATE India. All the sales and marketing activities of the IBID will be recorded through an exclusive code that will be given to the IBID at the time of appointment.

IBID FEE- The application form has to be filled and submitted to the SATE India Information Technology Development Pvt Ltd. Upon appointment Rs 10,000(non refundable & inclusive of service tax) has to be paid to SATE India Information Technology Development Pvt Ltd as the IBID license fee.
